In these days of lockdown, when we spend most time sitting or lying on chairs and couches , our ankle, knee and hip joints start to lose their strength and agility. Loss of strength of hip abductors is a major reason for falls among the elderly and all of us are in the journey towards elder years. Let’s make our physical foundation strong and supple
The focus of this workshop would be anatomical understanding of standing postures and supplementary movements based on those insights to improve mobility and strength of hips, knee and ankle
