We are delighted to EXTEND another 4 weeks of our Yoga for Sports program so you can take the knowledge and progress you currently made from the first four weeks with us, and build on it to move towards your greatest potential.
With the foundation installed, you can now intensify the efforts and create new informed patterns of strength, mobility and skill across the different joints and neuromuscular links of the body.
Join us to optimize what you have learnt so that you may keep participating at your highest individual level in competitive & recreational sports with minimal injuries and shorter recovery times.
