A 4-Week Sports Performance Enhancing Program with Manoj Kaimal

Join us to learn how an intelligently planned yoga practice can keep you participating at your highest individual level in competitive & recreational sports by minimizing injuries and shortening recovery times.


TIME: 815-930 PM

DATES: TUESDAYS OCTOBER 4, 11, 18, 25

VENUE: Manasa Yoga SS2 PJ (47A Jalan SS2/64, Petaling Jaya)

PROGRAM FEE: RM 180 for four 75-min sessions 

Maximum registrants: 15 pax (first come, first serve basis)

  • Pre-sport practices which will prevent injury during play, run or weight training
  • Intelligent & physiologically sound post-sport stretches to enhance recovery time
  • Muscle restorative movements to maintain agility, flexibility and strength for lifelong participation at your highest level.
